An eshop is where you setup your product which is done by putting up a picture of the product and give some description..

Social accounts include WhatsApp, Facebook ,pinterest ,e.t.c..
On the social networks you will be simply trying to
people in to visit your shop so that you close more sales..

*3.The Purchase Process*

When someone visits your shop and opts to buy your product ..They simply click on the product and choose the method they want to use to pay on the options available..

*4.Method Of Payment*

There lots of payment methods available out there..To get as many clients as possible i advertise you setup as many as you can..

Examples include PayPal ,Paynow ,MasterCard ,Visa Card ,e.t.c

*5.Delivery Of The Service or good*

Now the customer has paid so this is more of means of giving the customer what they paid for…

We will discuss several means of delivery convenient for both the customer and the seller..

*6.The Feedback*

This is a stage when you follow up your customer for feedback..
You can ask them to write a review on your shop or social networks
Or
You can ask them how you might improve your service …
Basically this does not only keep your clients engaged on your business but it helps you improve as well as getting more
