My name is Therus Draxler , am a rural based Zimbabwean aged 23. ~~Growing~~ up I had this strong affection for hustling and entrepreneurship and where I come from that means I was one of those kids you would see selling wild fruits in school and freezits by the roadside….

I did basically everything I could ,things were working out and I opened a tuckshop when I was 18 back in 2012 . It was a very beautiful experience I remember how proud my mom was watching me run stuff..I know it wasn`t big but it was the first time in my community someone of my age has done shit like that..

2013 came and things really started to change,,the economy wasn`t friendly and people started purchasing in bulk from bigger stores to reduce costs ..IT WAS A BLOW AND BOOM JUST LIKE THAT THE HONEYMOON WAS OVER!!!!…You know that kind of situation when local kids purchasing sweets are your only regular customers…

I remember my first loss back in May 2013[-33%] and it was clear that there just was no hope ..a few sales populated around major holidays and regular losses become my new song.I was slowly turning into a laughing-stock in my village and after a careful analysis I swallowed my ego and came to the terms that the operation was no longer feasible..SO I CLOSED!!

Fast forward 2 years later in 2016 I received a University scholarship. I was not very happy with the development since I was going to study Science[I love business] but I went in any way .. I DIDN`T HAVE ANYTHING BETTER TO DO..

University was not very friendly to me..You know as a rural kid there is a lot of shit you don`t understand like :TINY MINISKIRTS AND YELLOW BONE LEGS : LOL am just kidding.. The system was not what i was used to and also being a rural kid nobody really want to be associated with you that close so i kinda spent a solitary life..

But that helped me because I had to spend most of my time on the internet since there was free wifi and you know that its impossible not to stumble upon HOW TO MAKE MONEY SCHEMES.. I fell for BLOGGING AND AMAZON KINDLE because the two seemed more accessible….Although i have learnt a lot over i think i was just luck to stumble upon this book called Make A Killing On Kindle 2018 Edition: Without Blogging, Facebook Or Building A Platform which i used as a roadmap to achieve all that i will outline below..Many startups not usually that lucky first falling victims of scammers before getting the grip and for that am grateful..[check it out it`s a great book]

So I opened my first blog on October 25 2016 with this platform but before I posted anything i started dedicating up to 5 hours daily to learn about these niches for the following six months up to April 2017.. So in April I started writing my first kindle book as well as build an audience for it using twitter ,YouTube ,my blog and Facebook..

3 months down the line i was done with my first e-book ,ready to self-publish on kindle[which is free]. Combined I now had an audience of 1236 people waiting for the book from all the platforms i mentioned earlier.. I knew it was gonna be something better because I always find time to address to my audience person by person[they are my family]

So I launched and my expectations were not met but still I managed to close 56 sales within one week of launch and something like 9 reviews which was enough to drive some organic sales from Amazon..And I continued to build my audience and traffic to my book..

Fast forward now November: I now close on average 13 sales a day from my kindle books[now two] and I finally raised enough money to buy a laptop[no longer using a phone which was very frustrating] and though i cannot say i am making a fortune from the niche yet i have enough at least to spent on my continuous learning as well a my basic needs and I am happy.

IT DOESN`T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT YOU ,YOUR BACKGROUND ,YOUR PERSON OR WHATEVER THAT YOU THINK CAN HINDER YOU..WHAT IT CARES ABOUT WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER, THE VALUE THEREIN AND THE EFFORT THAT YOU PUT..
